We stand behind all of our services and products, and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Divergent Ads Lab LLC (including all related website sales, proposal invoice sales, sales over the phone, and event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.

Online Platform Access

You will receive access to the online platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product/service description or invoice when you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please email our Customer Support Department at [email protected], and we will work with you to resolve the issue. The purchase of an online software does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

If you have subscribed to the individual month-to-month online platform, to cancel your subscription please visit the settings page when you're logged into your account dashboard. Please be advised that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have canceled. There are no refunds regardless of the usage of the product.

Be sure to return to this Policy periodically to review the most current version of the Policy. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify this Policy without prior notice; however, the date of any effective changes shall be reflected at the bottom of this page, and upon request, we will provide you with information regarding any changes made.

General

The only currency utilized on our site and payable is USD / United States Dollars/ $

Offers/Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Most apparel items are fulfilled by 3rd party suppliers, we cannot refund or exchange the item if you ordered the wrong size, have buyer’s remorse, provide your address incorrectly, or have an unclaimed shipment returned to our 3rd party fulfillment center. Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned will be liable for the cost of reshipment and/or replacement. If any address is considered insufficient by the courier and is returned, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items/packages lost in transit must be submitted directly to our Customer service department within 30 days.

Digital Services & Products

All digital services and product sales are final. We do not offer digital service or product refunds or returns, once digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

Delivery of Services or Access will be sent by email.

By purchasing a Digital Service or Product from Divergent Ads Lab LLC, I agree NOT to dispute or charge back any transaction made on this site.

Virtual Event or Live Event Tickets

All Virtual Event or Live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a 100% credit at our online store by emailing [email protected], or you may use the credit for a future event. Processing Fees on ticket purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.

After purchasing your ticket, you must reserve your seat. If you do not reserve your seat, your ticket will be forfeited, and you will receive a store credit in the amount of the money paid. If you have received your ticket gratis or as part of another purchase, the ticket is forfeited without further remuneration.

In accordance with all federal and state laws, we reserve the right to refund tickets, deny access or refuse entry to any event if we deem it in the best interest for the safety of the public, the speakers, employees and/or participants.

If your Virtual Event or Live event ticket was received as part of a bundle or was a gift with purchase of another product for which there is a payment plan, the payment plan must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the Event or the ticket is considered forfeited.

All tickets are non transferable without notifying the Customer Support Department to transfer the ticket for you. At the Event, ticket holders must show state or federal identification or a passport, and it must match the name of the ticket holder.

By purchasing a Virtual Event or Live event ticket from Divergent Ads Lab LLC, I agree NOT to dispute or chargeback any transaction made on this site.

Ticket-Holder Behavior Policy; Ejection and Cancellation.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct we deem is disorderly. This includes, but is not limited to anyone who uses profane, vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the venue's rules or policies. In any such event, you shall not be eligible for, and we shall not be obligated to issue you, a refund for any such purchase, and we shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential expenses incurred by you.

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no refund shall be provided to you in the event you violate the Terms and Conditions of Use or the Terms and Conditions of Sale of this Website, or in the event you fail to abide by all rules and policies related to the venue where the event is located, which violation or failure results in your inability to gain admittance to the venue or ejection from the venue.

In the event your ejection from a venue results in the loss of a Third-Party’s ticket, you shall be liable for all costs, expenses and losses associated with such Third-Party loss.

By purchasing a ticket to any of our events and/or attending, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Policies, please do not attend the Event or purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.

Publicity Release; Information Sharing.

By attending any Event, you hereby irrevocably grant to Divergent Ads Lab LLC, affiliates, designees, successors, assigns and licensees, the right to film and otherwise record you and use your name, image and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with future Divergent Ads Lab LLC events and/or other events produced by Divergent Ads Lab LLC or any of Divergent Ads Lab’s affiliates and hereby release Divergent Ads Lab LLC and each of the respective designees, successors, assigns, licensees and affiliates from any liability with respect thereto.

Payment Plans

If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly installment payment plan the Customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the total of the agreed-upon payments for the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Divergent Ads Lab LLC and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.

By purchasing any service, item, software, product or event from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy If you do not agree to these Policies, please do not purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.
